How PPLOOP works

Three simple steps to loop your slideshows on any screen.

Upload content

Log in to your account and upload your images or slideshows. You can simply drag and drop files straight into the admin panel.

Connect a display

Go to pploop.se in your smart TV's browser. Scan the QR code with your phone and enter the screen's ID and password to connect the device.

Update and schedule

Change timings, swap slideshows and schedule different content for different weekdays — all from your phone or computer.

Two levels — full control

Every company has one main administrator and an unlimited number of user accounts — up to five user accounts per screen. Both levels can control the content, but in different ways.

The main administrator

• Overview of all company screens and their status (online/offline)
• Adds users, changes passwords and moves permissions
• Locked company slideshows pushed to selected screens or all of them
• Can also act as an ordinary user on selected screens
• Manages customer records, billing details and subscriptions

The user

• Uploads images, PowerPoint files or short video clips
• Builds a playlist of up to 5 slideshows in sequence
• Sets display time per slide and a schedule per weekday
• Sees the company slideshow as its own active slideshow on the screen
• Opens the screen with an ID and password — QR code via the phone

Features that make a difference

PowerPoint straight away

Upload a .pptx file — PPLOOP automatically converts every page into a slide. Choose to replace the whole slideshow or add the new slides to it.

Web pages as slides

Add a link as its own slide in the loop. The page refreshes every 15 minutes and scrolls slowly downwards for the display time you set.

Short video clips

Clips of up to 10 seconds play silently in the loop alongside the images.

Scheduling

Different slideshows at different times and on different weekdays — automatically, with no one touching the screen.

Locked company slideshows

The main administrator's slides always come first and cannot be changed locally — perfect for safety or management information.

On-screen caching

The whole slideshow is stored locally. Only changes are downloaded and data traffic has a daily cap — safe even on mobile broadband.

Monitoring

See when each screen was last online, plus a log of logins and changes.
